A personalised browser game delivered as a private link, generated from your answers and two photos. Add-ons (hidden door, printable QR card) are listed at checkout. Prices include VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe, which is the merchant of record for this purchase and handles taxes and receipts.
You play the first level before paying and read every line before delivery. Delivery is the moment you click "Approve and get the link". Because the product is personalised digital content that you have reviewed and approved, there are no refunds after delivery. If something is technically broken, e-mail us and we fix it.
We store your answers, the two photos and the generated text in order to build and serve your game. Photos are stored in a private bucket in the EU (Frankfurt) and are only reachable through signed links generated for your game. The text is generated with the help of an AI model (Anthropic); your answers are sent to that service for that purpose only. We use PostHog (EU) for anonymous product analytics. We do not sell data. E-mail hello@twoken.co to have an order and its photos deleted.
Do not upload photos of people who have not agreed to it, or content that is unlawful. We may refuse or delete orders that break this.
Twoken is run by a private individual in Switzerland. Swiss law applies; place of jurisdiction is Biel/Bienne.
